At UpCooks, we offer free shipping on all orders.
You do not pay any shipping costs, regardless of order value or destination.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If available, you will also receive a tracking number so you can track your package.

5. Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

UpCooks is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, UpCooks cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs procedures
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Logistical issues
  • Holiday or promotional periods

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will do our best to find a suitable solution.
